As an IT Manager at us, you will be managing the entire PAN India IT infrastructure, policies

& processes around it.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deployment & Support

o Deploy desktops, laptops & printers etc.

o Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft, Linux & Max operating systems for various teams

o Support VPN

• Maintenance & Management (PAN India)

o Manage inventory & procurement

o Maintain Server, LAN, hardware, firewall, call center server C-Zentrix

o Incidence & SLA management

• Stakeholder management

o Conduct IT & security reviews with various stakeholders.

o Project & manage the budget

o Collaborate with business & admin team to ensure smooth implementation

o Build & manage the relationships with various vendors

• Team management

o Plan the structure for the IT Team, hire & deploy

o Build, own & drive the KRAs and targets of the team

o Motivate the team to be 100% efficient & productive at all times

Requirements

• Any graduation, preferably in Computer Science background

• 3+ years of strong experience in a similar role

• Strong business acumen

• Problem solving nature

• Data driven & hustler in nature

• Keen interest in startups & in building things from the scratch 

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or specific relevant experience

Experience Requirements:

3 years of experience in an IT environment

Special Skill Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills within English and should be able to understand routine business conversations and letters with few errors in return communication. This individual should be able to give information in English while participating in team meetings. The job may require occasional traveling regionally or globally.
