Job Description

Position Summary:

• 본 포지션은 IT 부서 내 Digital Innovation 팀의 Business Analyst Intern으로서, 주요 Business Application 및 Digital Platform의 운영 안정성 확보, Enhancement follow-up, 데이터 관리, 글로벌 커뮤니케이션, 이슈 추적, 운영 문서화 업무 지원을 수행하게 됩니다.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Business Application Operation Support

• Doumi(CRM) Operation & Transaction Support

• Digital Platform (TF.com & Chemical Web) Operation Support

• Genesys Cloud Operation & Enhancement Support.

• Business Analyst Support

• Global Communication & Bridging

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• 학사 또는 석사 재학생, 졸업 예정자 또는 신입 지원 가능

• IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Digital Transformation 또는 유관 전공자 우대

• Excel, PowerPoint, Word 등 기본 문서 작성 및 데이터 정리 역량 보유자

• PMP, ITIL, ADsP 등 유관 자격증 보유자 우대

• 기본적 IT 역량 보유: SDLC, ITIL등에 대한 기본적 이해도 보유자

• Business level 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대

• 업무를 꼼꼼하게 정리하고 끝까지 follow-up 할 수 있는 책임감이 있으신 분

Conditions:

• 계약형태 : 인턴 1년 (평가 후 정규직 전환 가능성 있음)

• 경력 : 신입 (학사, 석사)

• 근무지 : 서울 수서

• 급여 : 회사내규
