IT Intern

• Assist the IT team with day-to-day operational tasks and projects.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for users.
• Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
• Participate in IT projects as assigned, providing support as needed.
• Learn and apply best practices related to IT support and data management.
• Engage with team members to gain practical knowledge in various areas of IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• IT or Computer Science student or fresh graduate
• Strong foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics
• Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI)
• Understanding of infrastructure basics (servers, storage, and networking)
• Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Familiar with and responsive to modern technologies, including AI tools
• Fast learner with strong communication skills
