IT integration & Automation Specialist

• Responsible for the implementation and assurance of smooth and proper rollout of integration and automation initiatives/projects across the bank solutions.
• Attain to all new systems/applications being initiated as a business demand to assess the integration and automation requirements and impact of these requirements on the existing solution architecture to ensure that the integration baseline is properly defined from the early stage.
• Assess integration and automation technologies and recommend suitable solutions for the bank in alliance with business growth plans and application portfolio rationalization.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Implement, manage, support, and govern integration services exposed to systems/applications and third parties.
• Govern all systems/applications integration in compliance with SOA governance baseline and guidelines.
• Provide L2 and L3 production support for integrations services.
• Provide L3 production support for IT automation workflows and processes.
• Ensure alignment with strategic vendors to secure better services for the bank.
• Maintain integration service catalogue (new processes, upgrades, versioning) and operate SOA governance.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT) process and associated SIT environment readiness.
• Assist and ensure proper transition of the new integration deliverables from the implementation till operations stage.
• Participate in IT vendors/offering assessment for integration and automation solutions.
• Participate in acquisition process for integration and automation solutions’ feasibility and specifications (integration and automation baseline).
• Explore new technologies related to integration and automation stacks and recommend suitable solutions for the bank in alliance with business growth plans and application portfolio rationalization.
• Train IT operational teams in IT department on integration requirements and how to integrate in their work cycles.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of computer science or computer engineering is a must.
• Experience in integration and Automation design & modeling.
• Experience in banking industry systems and/or applications and their technologies.
• Technical knowledge in Integration and/or automation.
• Fair understanding of business cycles in various banking units.

Minimum Experience:

• 2 to 5 years in IT industry as IT specialist in a field related to integration and/or automation.

Hands on experience in integration and automation tools and concepts, including:

• Integration architecture and design patterns.
• IBM App Connect Enterprise.
• IBM DataPower.
• IBM API Connect.
• IBM MQ.
• WebSphere service registry and repository.
• Robotic Process Automation.
• Enterprise content management and business process management.
• Java SE, SQL, ESQL, WSDL, XSD, and XSLT.
• SOA concepts.
• XML technologies.
• Familiar with RDBMS.
• Familiar with Unix systems, and RedHat OpenShift.
• Familiar with containerization technologies.
