社内エンドユーザーへの高品質なITサポートを担うポジションです。リモート・オンサイトを問わず社員の技術的課題に対応し、他のITチームと連携しながら迅速な問題解決を目指します。主軸はエンドユーザーサポートですが、システム管理・ネットワーク・プロジェクト管理の基礎知識も活かせる環境です。

ITキャリアの確かな土台を築きたい方に最適な環境です 。

主な業務内容

アジア各拠点のITインフラサポートを担当し、以下を重点的に推進します。

• クライアント満足度の向上

• サービス品質の維持・改善

• 技術的卓越性の追求

主な業務はWindows 11およびMicrosoft 365環境におけるデスクトップサポートです。

• アジア各拠点のITインフラチームと連携し、Neuberger全拠点のカバレッジを確保

• 東京ITチームと協力して、アプリケーション・ネットワーク・サーバー・メール・その他アドホック対応など幅広い課題を解決

応募要件

• 優れた口頭・文書コミュニケーション能力（技術的な内容をわかりやすく説明できること）

• 英語力必須、日本語力尚可

• 高い顧客サービス意識

• 社内のさまざまな部門ユーザーからの要望に、落ち着いて丁寧に対応できる方

• 柔軟な勤務時間への対応（時間外作業・ニューヨークチームとの深夜連携が発生する場合あり）

• Windows 11の高度なデスクトップサポートスキル、Microsoft 365の導入・運用経験

• Citrixリモートアクセス、Microsoft Teams・Outlookモバイルアプリ（iOS / Android）のサポート経験

• TCP/IP・DNS・DHCPなどネットワーク基礎知識

• 金融サービス業界での経験は尚可
