IT Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Mission

Endpoint Management

• Manage Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
• Configure compliance policies, device profiles, and Windows Autopilot deployments
• Maintain application deployment and software packaging

User Experience

• Provide end-user support for digital workplace technologies
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues
• Improve productivity through automation and self-service solutions
• Enhance IT service delivery through ServiceNow workflows, knowledge articles, and process documentation

Identity & Access Management

• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO
• Administer SolarWinds ARM for identity governance, access management, and compliance
• Perform access reviews, recertifications, and audit support
• Collaborate with Information Security and business teams to maintain least-privilege access controls

Your Talents

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and service management skills
• Fluent in English
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern endpoint management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, Conditional Access, and MFA
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms and ITIL-based service processes
• Experience contributing to infrastructure and digital transformation projects
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Microsoft technologies and best practices
