Job description
The Main Purpose of the Role:
- Ensure that all IT systems are available & functional in order to meet the needs of the business
- Support and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers (Hyper-V), network devices, storage & telecommunications systems
- Implement new IT projects
- Ensure procedures & documentation is keep up to date
- Provide support to other team members & end users
Reporting to:
IT Infrastructure Manager
Requirements:-
- At least 2 years commercial experience in relevant role
- Microsoft Windows Server & Desktop experience
- Microsoft Exchange environment
- Active Directory & GPO
- Network administration - TCP/IP, DHCP, wireless, DNS
- Desktop & application support
- Dell hardware
- Network hardware - including management of switches, routers & firewalls
Desirable skills/experience:-
- Microsoft Certifications such as MCSE or MCSA
- CISCO CCNA
- SAN Storage technologies
- Network monitoring system
- Panasonic PBX
