Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the full suite of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune
- Administer user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions using Azure Active Directory and PowerShell
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability
- Configure and enforce security policies, including MFA, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP)
- Document procedures, configurations, and best practices
- Provide Tier 2 End user support for All of the Office 365 Suite of Collaborations applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Deep understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Experience with Entra AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365
- Familiarity with compliance tools like eDiscovery, retention policies, and audit logs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem Exchange or AD)
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management
- Familiarity with third-party M365 management tools
