IT Assitant Manager

Role: IT Assistant Manager

Requirements:

· Four-year university degree in Information Systems, computer systems or computer science and 5+ years equivalent work experience.

· Certifications in PMP is an advantage

· 3+ years of in managing and delivering Dynamic CRM projects

· Having background in SAP would be an asset.

· Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.

· Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.

· In-depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (4.0, 2011,2013) is an advantage

· Preferably has knowledge and experience in other Microsoft products like BizTalk, Sharepointetc

· Working knowledge of data center operations

· Knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards, including routers, firewall and IDS/IPS.

· Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

· Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Must be a good team player who has initiative and is highly motivated.
