Maximus is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect / Lead Developer to provide technical leadership and hands‑on development across the enterprise ServiceNow platform supporting Aidvantage and the Federal Student Aid portfolio. This role is well‑suited for an experienced ServiceNow professional who excels at balancing strategic platform architecture with high‑impact, hands‑on development. This position combines hands‑on development (approximately 75%) with platform architecture, solution design, and technical governance (approximately 25%). In this role, you will establish architectural standards, mentor and guide developers, and personally deliver complex, business‑critical functionality that enables scalable, high‑quality implementations. As a key technical authority, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, and development teams to translate business and ITSM/ITIL requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions. You will play a critical role in maintaining platform health, ensuring upgrade readiness, and driving long‑term architectural alignment across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB, and App Engine.
