Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Operations Expert to support our manufacturing operations with a strong focus on shopfloor applications. In this role, you'll ensure reliable, efficient performance of key systems like MES, RapidResponse, and serialization platforms. You'll act as the bridge between IT, external partners, and manufacturing teams, driving operational excellence. This is a high-impact role at the core of digital transformation in manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operations and support of digital applications used in manufacturing/shopfloor environments, including MES systems (Rockwell, PharmaSuite), RapidResponse, and serialization solutions.
Manage application maintenance and support in an outsourced delivery model with external partners.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand operational needs, optimize business processes, automate data flows, and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee vendor relationships (TCS), monitor service contracts, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
Support the transition of applications from project phase to operational phase (service transition).
Actively manage communication with business and IT stakeholders, aligning IT service delivery with manufacturing priorities.
Identify digital transformation opportunities and contribute to the innovation roadmap for tech-enabled manufacturing operations.
Experience / Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong exposure to manufacturing (IT/OT) environments.
Proven experience supporting MES applications (Rockwell Automation / PharmaSuite), RapidResponse, and serialization systems.
Strong background in outsourced service delivery, vendor management, and performance tracking.
Solid understanding of compliance requirements (data privacy, GxP, pharma regulations).
Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional, and multi-site environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Project Management (Master’s degree and MES/RapidResponse certifications are a plus).
