Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Hours

๐Ÿš€ About the Role

Weโ€™re hiring a technically strong and proactive ISP Network Support Engineer to support customer-facing troubleshooting and production network operations across a growing multi-WAN ISP environment.

This is not a basic helpdesk role.

Youโ€™ll work directly with:

  • Live ISP infrastructure
  • Multi-WAN & SD-WAN environments
  • Wireless backhaul systems
  • Routing & failover operations
  • Bonded WAN connections
  • Enterprise-grade networking hardware

Youโ€™ll troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, configure production-grade networking equipment, and help maintain high-availability systems across:

  • Fiber
  • Fixed wireless
  • Bonded WAN
  • Starlink
  • SD-WAN deployments

This role is ideal for someone with real-world ISP, WISP, FTTH, or MSP experience who enjoys solving network problems inside live production environments.

Customer Support & Network Troubleshooting

  • Respond to customer issues involving:
    • Connectivity problems
