REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Superior academic credentials

• Litigation experience required

• Patent litigation experience strongly preferred; other relevant practice areas are copyright, trade secrets, name and likeness claims.

• Recent experience litigating IP claims in any of the following is a plus: Delaware, E.D. Virginia, California Superior Court
