Job description

We're looking for an IP Admin Analyst to join our IP Service Operations team in Belgrade! About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience

  • Proficient level of English language

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

It would be great if you also have . . .   

  • Experience with administrative tasks

  • Previous exposure to Trademark‑related work or processes

What will you be doing in this role?  

  • Manage the IP Management Systems by calendaring statutory and non-statutory deadlines, reviewing trademark prosecution documents, and ensuring data integrity. 

  • Prioritize docketing/de-docketing requests, facilitating timely filing of applications and responses, and coordinating with stakeholders.

  • Prepare and file documents with the Patent and Trademark Office, tracking foreign filing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs). 

  • Support administrative tasks related to trademark prosecution while staying updated on PTO guidelines and procedures. 

  • Help manage the client's intellectual property portfolio, including filing, maintaining, and renewing trademarks.

Hours of Work   

This is a full-time position, CET working hours. This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
