Job Description

• Responsible for processing and analyzing complex telecom and technology related invoices, as well as leading billing-related projects.

• Analyzes, audits, and reviews invoice details to compare with telecom and network contract terms and inventory records.

• Initiates billing disputes with the vendor as needed.

• Maintains relationship between contracts, orders, billing and inventory records, and updating bank asset records.

• Leads projects related to billing, process improvement, automation, or system integration and participates in cross team initiatives.

• Develops and distributes reports related to vendor invoice payment, cost allocation, and asset management.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically Five or more years of experience in financial management
- Three or more years of experience in telecommunications

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Good understanding of IT systems asset management
- Well-developed clerical and customer service skills
- Ability to collect and organize information
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
