Job description

Every quarter, can you take our revenue, margin, and growth figures and turn them into an equity story that institutional investors trust? Sidetrade is hiring an Investor Communications (IR) Specialist.

Press releases, results presentations, investor emails, interviews with financial journalists, creative social posts, analyst briefings, investor roadshows. This is a writing job first, embedded in the Communications team, with direct exposure to the CFO and CEO. You will shape how the financial community reads our numbers, in English and French, with Claude in your daily toolkit.

Requirements

What you'll do

  • Create results presentations, investor decks, and roadshow materials.
  • Write and promote investor communications, and support day-to-day relationship management with institutional investors, analysts, employee shareholders and financial journalists.
  • Prepare responses to investor and analyst questions, and help ready the CEO and CFO for financial communication moments.
  • Maintain and update the investor CRM, keeping investor and prospect records accurate and current.
  • Plan and organize investor meetings, roadshows, the annual shareholders' meeting, and capital markets events.
  • Run market and competitive research to sharpen how we position the equity story.

What you'll bring

  • Master's degree from a programme grande ecole (PGE) de commerce or equivalent.
  • Exposure to capital markets or corporate finance ideally with investor-facing roles, or in asset management, sell-side equity research, M&A.
  • Comfortable with financial statements and subscription valuation metrics.
  • Strong writing in English and French (clear, precise, persuasive). Bring a portfolio or samples we can read. This is the core of the job.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Comfortable using AI tools like Claude with judgment.
  • Eligible to work in France.
