| · SLA Oversight: Monitor the daily pipeline of ~125 loans to ensure all packages are delivered to end investors within 2 business days of closing. · Suspense Escalation: Serve as the subject matter expert for "hard-to-clear" suspense conditions, working directly with investors to resolve issues within the 24-hour target window. · Quality Governance: Conduct side-by-side coaching with Specialists and review QC reports to identify recurring errors in the 45-minute audit process. · Pipeline Management: Allocate loan files among the 14 Specialists based on complexity and daily volume spikes. · Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the delivery workflow and implement solutions to reduce dwell time and investor kickbacks. | |

QUALIFICATIONS: | Required Education and Experience: · 3–5 years of experience in Mortgage Post-Closing or Secondary Marketing. · Proven experience navigating major investor portals (e.g., Fannie Mae PE, Freddie Mac Loan Selling Advisor). · Strong analytical skills to interpret complex investor guidelines. · Strong leadership skills with a focus on high-volume production and administrative accuracy. | |
