The Division utilizes several tools, including mergers and acquisitions, bond issuance (both corporate and securitized), private placement, initial public offerings (IPOs), divestments, and restructuring to optimize its portfolio. ICMD plays an active role in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) with a clear focus on initiation and structuring, pricing, execution, underwriting, and fundraising.


Requirements
Undergraduate program
• 8-week internship program (Starts June)
• Exceptional students may be extended a job offer upon completion of the internship and obtaining their undergraduate degree
