Investments and Wealth Solutions
Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of wealth products and services to our Retail Banking and Wealth (RBW) customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels to capture opportunity under different market scenarios. We play a distributor role to source investment and insurance products from service providers, manage the product due diligence and onboarding, as well as client journey design and implementation. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment. Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Investment Services Manager (Securities Services).
Principal Responsibilities
- Drive the design and manage product platforms so that it offers strong value propositions to securities customers.
- Articulate the product vision of what is to be built and convey the vision to Agile software development team.
- Propose and drive the delivery of initiatives to support securities business and to offer quality customer journey.
- Ensure compliance obligations for the Group and relevant regulatory authorities are fulfilled, be familiar with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Propose and drive the delivery to support securities business and to offer quality customer journey over all channels.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, resolving conflicting stakeholder priorities.
- Keep abreast of related industry trends, distilling this knowledge and sharing with the wider team.
Requirements
- Degree in business management, information system or related discipline.
- Preferred IT, securities brokerage and investment knowledge and background.
- Great sense of ownership and service mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service and experiences.
- Leadership quality in handling conflicts and decision making.
- Quick learner to grasp the evolving business need and be a team player to seek various team support within bank.
- Strong self-motivation and able to work independently under pressure.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
