The Investment Management Group of a Securities Department seeks an associate with two to four years of post-JD experience. The Investment Management group provides regulatory advice to independent trustees, hedge funds, registered mutual funds, investment advisers and broker-dealers providing investment advisory services. Associates in the group develop specialized knowledge of the federal and state securities laws as they relate to the provision of investment advisory services and the sale of investment companies and unregistered funds.
