The role is to execute and support the fixed income business growth covering operation, compliance, product and performance management covering both Retail Wealth and Global Private Banking
- Contributes to the Fixed Income Product development to achieve business objectives
- Supports to all Fixed Income Product distribution channels in terms of product promotions, operation process and channel/customer communication.
- Develops and execute products and channel strategy
- Develops tactical marketing campaigns and sales promotion
- Develop clear service guideline and procedure for operation process
- Manage the everyday operations of Fixed Income sales in Taiwan, including relationship with Fixed Income Product suppliers, transaction process, new product onboarding and after-sales service.
- Ensuring all operation process and customer service provided are within compliance guidelines and meet group standard
- Financial control and operation risk management
Skills Requirement
- University or above graduated
- Has experience in Banking or Securities industry is a plus
- Banking wealth management experience is a plus
- Experience in establishing a business and coordinating resources
- Fluent English communication and MS Excel / Powerpoint skill
- Strong communication and problem solving skill
License/Qualification Requirement
- Trust L4 license
