Ultimaker is looking for a hands-on and analytical Inventory & Supply Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain & Manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who’s eager to learn, build expertise, and contribute to real supply chain operations from the start.

You’ll be working on planning, forecasting, and inventory analysis while collaborating closely with Procurement, Production, and other internal stakeholders. We’re not expecting you to know it all what matters is your curiosity, drive, and potential to grow into a key player within our supply chain team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor stock levels and prepare stock projections (rolling forecast)

• Analyze and improve MRP data to balance availability, lead time, and turnover

• Track and optimize planning settings such as safety stock and reorder points

• Support End-of-Life (EOL) planning to minimize obsolescence risk

• Provide insight to Procurement on quantities, supplier conditions, and risks

• Work with D365 and Excel to translate inventory data into concrete actions

• Contribute to supply chain optimization and gradually support S&OP processes

What You Bring

• A completed HBO/WO degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a similar field

• 0–3 years’ experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory (internships count!)

• Excellent command of Dutch (required) and English

• Analytical mindset and affinity with numbers, systems, and data

• Familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft D365 is a plus

• An APICS certification (e.g. CPIM or CSCP) is a strong advantage

• You work accurately, are proactive and eager to learn

• You enjoy working independently and collaborating with others
