Inventory Specialist 

Are you analytical, hands-on, and eager to make a real impact to our operation? We're looking for an Inventory Specialist who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring inventory accuracy. 

As an Inventory Specialist, you are the link between data and operations. You ensure inventory accuracy, support multiple departments with analyses and reporting, and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed and work closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement. 

Location: Breda, The Netherlands.  

What will you do? 

• Perform inventory checks and analyze stock discrepancies.  

• Create and maintain reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.  

• Conduct data analysis and root cause investigations to improve processes and inventory accuracy. 

• Provide support to various departments, including Warehouse Operations, Planning, QA, manufacturing sites and Finance.  

• Act as a key contact for inventory-related issues and help drive effective solutions.  

• Coordinate inventory-related activities, including returns, cycle counting, and stock adjustments.  

• Identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to a more efficient operation.  

What do you bring? 

• MBO level education 

• Advanced Excel skills and preferably experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). 

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data. 

• A proactive mindset and a hands-on attitude. 

• Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.  

• Experience in logistics or a warehouse environment is a plus.
