Supervise inventory control activities, including stock accuracy, cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and inventory reconciliation.
Monitor stock movements, warehouse transactions, inbound and outbound inventory records, and system updates.
Ensure inventory records are accurately maintained in the relevant WMS / ERP systems.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on inbound, outbound, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory-related activities.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with operations teams to implement corrective actions.
Support inventory audits, customer reporting requirements, and internal control processes.
Ensure proper stock handling, storage discipline, safety compliance, and operational housekeeping standards.
Support process improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and service reliability.
Act as a key operational escalation point during peak periods or manager absence, ensuring continuity of client service and inventory control activities.
