Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle count schedule.
  • Leads Annual Physical Inventory.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory variances.
  • Monitor inventory adjustments and analyze causes of discrepancies and patterns in adjustments to detect anomalies.
  • Follow up on Warehouse Indicators (accuracy, shrink, aging, slow movers).
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.
  • Use Excel, ERP systems, or PowerBI tools to interpret data and create dashboards.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
  • Work with warehouse supervisors to standardize inventory procedures and implement corrective actions.
  • Support internal and external audits related to inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation of inventory processes and adjustments.

The Essentials – You Will Have

  • SAP (Inventory Management)
  • Education: Bachelor in Supply Chain related areas
  • Supply Chain/Operations experience will be an advantage

The preferred- You Might Have

  • Use standard tools (applications and cloud), especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint (functions, formatting)
  • Proficiency with business tools Microsoft App
