Internship - Unit Process Engineering (Industrial)

The student will be part of conducting Semiconductor Backend Final Test Operations for Unit Process Engineering.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Assist unit process engineering in deviation management, crisis management, risk management and mitigation.
• Manage Change management projects.
• Aid in the Process Flow/FMEA /SOP/OCAP/Control Plan.
• Conduct final test operations and automation projects.

Internship learning outcomes:

• Have greater understanding of the day-to-day operation tasks in Semiconductor Backend Test.
• Understand automation projects in an Advanced Manufacturing Facility.
• Be able to conduct production data analysis and how to statistically represent data.
• Understand Statistical Process Control and Deviation management in Backend Testing.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• On track to attain Bachelor in Automation / Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
• A self-driven individual with strong analytical ability & problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy working with people, coordinating tasks.
• Knowledge in Tableau, UiPath and Python will be added advantage.
