Internship - Transit Management (Industrial)

You will be exposed to Automation projects related to Transit Management processes. Some of them will include Automate freight cost calculation and validation, data gathering and presentation in Tablue for various activities. Volume forecasting based on historic data and pending orders.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Assist the Transit Management team in digitalization and automation projects.
• Learn the basics of shipping and supply chain procedures and assist in shipping related projects.
• Data gathering and presentation (Tableu) in the most efficient way.
• Learn the basics of Freight cost management.

Internship Learning Outcomes:

• Understand the Transit Management reporting needs in a semiconductor company and the automation projects related.
• Understand the shipping and supply chain process of Transit Management team in Singapore.
• Understanding of Freight Forwarding process and incoterms.
• Understand the role of forwarders and management of forwarders.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• On track to attain Bachelors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Tableau and Python programming language.
• Knowledge of incoterms 2020.
• Proficient in Tableau and Python programming.
• Proficient in MS Office Excel & Powerpoint.
