Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Suppliers: Maintain strong partnerships and ensure smooth processes with both external and internal suppliers.

  • Optimize Product Availability: Ensure our customers always have access to the products they need by managing inventory based on consumption and demand analysis.

  • Monitor & Improve: Keep an eye on supplier performance and drive improvement initiatives to make our supply chain even more efficient.

  • Handle Supplier Inquiries: Support administrative tasks and process general supplier inquiries to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Studies in economics (or industrial engineering)

  • Knowledge in logistics and materials management is desirable

  • Excellent written and spoken German as well as good English skills

  • Strong analytical thinking, high motivation and self-initiative

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) as well as SAP skills would be an advantage

  • The internship is a mandatory part of your studies and lasts at least 5 months, ideally starting in September 2026
