Internship - Supply Chain Engineering

The student, as part of the Supply Chain Engineering team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on Infineon's Semiconductor Manufacturing. The student will provide essential support to a project, working closely with the project manager and other team members to achieve project success.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Provide essential support to a project, working with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve project success. 
• Support the project manager in special projects with cross functional team.
• Drive improvement initiatives, which covers E2E Supply Chain processes.
• Assist to provide business process standards and governance.
• Assist project manager on regular meeting/ discussion.
• Implement project documentation & tracking.
• Evaluate and perform analysis to identify project/ process gaps.
• Manage stakeholder requests and support daily operation to drive business result.

Internship learning outcomes:

• Experience in Project Management with cross-functional team.
• Exposure in E2E Supply Chain manufacturing.
• Basic understanding in Fab/backend semiconductor process.
• Develop communication skills in diverse environment.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• On track to attain a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Business Administration or other relevant course of studies.
• Thorough familiarity with Word, Sheets and project scheduling etc.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet short and long term deadlines.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Knowledge in data analytics tools, story boarding skills, digital media tools/ video making tools will be an added advantage.
