Job Description
- Shape the future: You will collaborate in creating a succession strategy for Top Executives at Infineon, helping us identify and develop future leaders within the company
- Being strong together: You will support cooperation with Global HR Business Partners and external management consultants by building strong relationships with these stakeholders and support facilitating interactive working sessions to drive our succession strategy forward
- Reliable work: You will play a key role in preparing communication, as well as requesting information to/from relevant stakeholders and identifying suitable partners for top talent development
- Take responsibility: You will support in the preparation of individual development plans
- Identify needs: You will support the development of a diagnostic approach to derive and implement individual development measures. Your analytical skills will be invaluable in helping us identify areas for improvement and develop targeted development plans
- Data is everything: You will help us prepare reports and analyses to monitor the effectiveness of our succession strategy
Your Profile
- Study field: You are currently in your last year of the Bachelor’s, or currently in your Master's program in psychology, economics or business administration, ideally with a focus on HR or similar
- Experience: You have already gained relevant work experience, preferably in HR, at a corporate group
- Way of working: You are comfortable with a high degree of freedom while executing tasks, and also have a creative mindset, thinking out of the box and are always eager to try out new concepts. You work in a structured manner and enjoy working in a team environment and openly collaborate
- Personality: You are enthusiastic, show an entrepreneurial spirit, and have strong interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to contribute ideas and support the overall objectives
- Skills: You possess very good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, and Excel. You handle sensitive data carefully and responsibly. Insights into the areas of succession management, systems or management diagnostics are an advantage
- Language skills: You have German and English skills, both written and spoken
