Internship Service Planning – Bayer Maastricht

As our new Intern Service Planning, you'll join the Service Planning team and get a front-row seat into how planning processes keep our operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with experienced planners, gain insight into supply chain and service processes, and take ownership of your own project — with real impact on the team.

What you'll do:

• Support the Service Planning team in coordinating and optimizing planning processes
• Help analyze planning data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Take ownership of your own improvement project within service planning
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service
• Present your findings and recommendations to the wider team

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• German, French, or Dutch language skills are a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working with data and tools such as Excel (SAP/ERP experience is a plus)
• Available full-time for the duration of the internship (min. 5-6 months)
