Internship - Logistics Support

As a Logistics Intern, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the logistics processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design and implement solutions, and measure the impact of changes.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Analyze and improve logistics processes, including the development of the ERP system, to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enable the team to work more effectively
• Design and implement a warehouse management system, automated receiving and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt to systems and processes
• Evaluate and manage logistics-related problems to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, and customers to meet their needs
• Measure, report, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics activities

Internship learning outcomes:

• Understanding the logistics process, including order receipt, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery
• A comprehensive understanding of logistics operations and management
• Hands-on experience in logistics process improvement and optimization
• Work cross-functional experience

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 3rd or 4th year in Industrial Engineering - Logistics Management/System, Logistics Engineering/Science, Supply Chain Engineering/Science, or relevant field of studies
• Proficient in MS Office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork abilities and open minds
• Good comunication in English
