Responsibilities:

• Support the procurement process for OEM customer projects from acquisition to completion
• Assist in cost calculations, RFQ processes and initial analysis of supplier quotations
• Contribute to the preparation of data for price negotiations and supplier-related decisions
• Assist in supplier selection activities in collaboration with Purchasing and Commodity Managers
• Help monitor purchasing KPIs and contribute to cost optimization initiatives
• Participate in Design-to-Cost activities and basic feasibility evaluations (technical and commercial)
• Support operational purchasing tasks in the ERP system (e.g. Purchase Orders, Scheduling Agreements, invoice checks)
• Collaborate with Logistics and Supplier Quality teams on operational topics and troubleshooting activities

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field 
• Mandatory internship required as part of your studies 
• Structured and analytical way of working, with attention to detail 
• Interest in supply chain management, procurement, or the automotive industry 
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP is a plus 
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team, combined with strong communication skills
