  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal programmes
  • Assist in employee communication initiatives and campaigns
  • Support OD projects including surveys, data collection, and reporting
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR communications
  • Track engagement activities and support simple reporting/dashboard updates
  • Collaborate with business units and support ad-hoc HR initiatives
  • Currently pursuing Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Statistic or related field
  • Strong interest in OD, Engagement, and Talent Development
  • Good communication skills and proactive attitude
  • Organised with attention to detail (especially for reporting tasks)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (basic data tracking / dashboard exposure is a plus)
