In your new role you will:
- To support and implement of learning activities, learning culture projects that drive employee engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with our events team to plan and execute virtual and physical events that inspire and educate our employees.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that promote learning and development opportunities across the organisation.
- Work closely with our HR team to analyse data and provide insights that inform our talent development strategies.
Internship learning outcomes:
- Gain experience in talent development, learning and event management.
- Develop skills in Project Management working with various stakeholders to co-ordinate events.
- Enhance interpersonal and communication skills, working with diversity across countries and cross-cultural teams.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 2nd year or 3rd year in Bachelor in Business / HR / Social Sciences/ Communication Arts or relevant field of studies.
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Media.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook.
