Internship - Engineering Documentation Support 1SAP

The student will support OSAT Technical Documents integration to oneSAP systems & methodology (oneSAP Cypress legacy).

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Prepare creation of marking instructions.
• Assy spec/ bonding diagram / packing info specs releasing to subcon via TDOC.
• Conduct random sampling Tech Documents (TD) check.
• Attend to any TD discrepancies observed either intenally or from subcon feedback.
• Assist for any TD systems automation.

Internship Learning Outcomes:

• Understand Infineon TD workflow & systems.
• Exposure to different department collaborations related to TD.
• Learn to generate & check TD's.
• Gain experience as organizing committe in any ENG events.
• Gain experience in presenting to ENG/OSAT community.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• On track to attaining Bachelor in Engineering major in EE or EEE / Computer Science / Data analytics / Material / Mechanical.
• Knowledge in data analytics & computer softwares.
• Outspoken & with strong team spirit mindset.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to read & speak Japanese language.
