Internship - Business Scenario Planning

The student will help to support the portfolio team for VRFC (Volume rolling forecast) for process improvement to improve overall productivity.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Explore and assist the operation of volume rolling forecast process.
• Contribute to the planning and development of strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and overall performance.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Support in the form of report creation, data collection and Tableau.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objective.

Internship Learning Outcomes:

• Be able to analyse operational data, identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency
• Gain insight into the development of operational plans and strategies, and learn how to align them with overall organization goals and objectives
• Learn to manage projects or tasks and develop project management and presentation skills.
• Develop communication and collaboration skills through working with various stakeholders, including team members, managers, and stakeholders across different sites.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Undergraduate on track to attaining Bachelors in any relevant field.
• Basic Microsoft knowledge (Excel / Powerpoint)
• Experience in Tableau dashboard
• SQL
• Macro programing
