Job description
This opening is part of Infineon’s Internship program. The Internship Program gives you the opportunity to gain enriching and diverse experiences and work side by side with experienced leaders to power your career.

In your new role you will:
  • Analog and Digital IC Design: Contribute to the design, simulation, and verification of analog and mixed-signal IC circuits
  • Operational Amplifier Design: Apply op-amp theory, perform stability analysis, and implement compensation techniques
  • Low Power Circuit Design: Design low-power circuits like LDOs and Buck converters, optimizing efficiency and performance
  • Silicon Characterization: Verify silicon performance against specifications through lab characterization and debug
  • Scripting and Automation: Use scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL, Shell) to automate workflows and data analysis
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team during design reviews and brainstorming sessions


You are best equipped for this task if you are/ have:
  • Education: Enrolled in an M.S. program in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in analog IC design, op-amp theory, and low-power design principles
  • Skills: Familiar with scripting languages and automation tools
  • Personality: Eager to learn, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Language Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $30.00 per hour
Maximum of $35.00 per hour

Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
