International Road Asset Management Specialist (Team Leader)

Qualification

15 years of experience in carrying out similar assignments, preferably including experience in small island developing states (SIDS). The candidate shall be fluent in English and shall be skilled in report writing.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all tasks and activities under this assignment and will be responsible for preparing the deliverables and presenting these to FRA. The candidate shall be responsible for carrying out the data analysis and preparing the Asset Maintenance and Renewal Program. The candidate shall have a master’s degree or higher in civil engineering, transport economics or other relevant fields. The candidate shall have demonstrable experience with asset management and maintenance planning, including extensive experience in the road sector. The candidate shall be well versed in the use of HDM4 and be able to use this software to prepare annual and multiannual work plans as well as carry out a strategy analysis at road network level. The candidate shall preferably have experience working with AWM/RAMM software, specifically the Asset Manager module. If the candidate for this position does not have experience with AWM/RAMM software, somebody else in the team must have such experience.
