Due to our continuous growth, we are looking to recruit a detail-oriented and higly organized International Projects & Operations Specialist to join our Exports Department. The role reports directly to the Exports Area Manager and is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and operational management of international projects, with a strong focus on new product development and successful implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

    • Manages Private Label projects end-to-end, from onboarding and launch through to ongoing management
    • Coordinates QA, R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Legal and Marketing teams in the development of new products
    • Manages retailer platforms and ensures compliance with product specifications, artworks, nutritional information, regulatory requirements and sustainability standards
    • Oversees all operational activities through to production readiness and the first shipment
    • Organizes and participates in customer visits, factory visits, presentations and hospitality activities
    • Manages the company’s operational participation in international food exhibitions and trade fairs
    • Coordinates multiple stakeholders across several concurrent international projects
    • Monitors budgets and oversees forecasting to ensure accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • An MBA or a Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • 4–6 years of experience in operational management, project management or international business roles
  • Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong organization skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in Operations and Project Management, with a strong focus on effective execution
  • Strong understanding of international markets and cross-cultural business environments
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SAP architecture will be considered an asset
