Support Long-Term Assignments (LTA), Short-Term Assignments (STA), and Foreign Local Hire arrangements.

Deliver an accurate, responsive, and customer-focused experience for employees and stakeholders.

Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of mobility activities.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify ways of working, and enhance service delivery.

Contribute ideas and recommendations that support continuous improvement initiatives.

Take ownership of issues, proactively solve problems, and ensure timely follow-through.

Support the team's commitment to delivering a consistently high standard of service.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in International Mobility or Global Mobility Operations.

Experience supporting Long-Term Assignments, Short-Term Assignments, and Foreign Local Hire programs across APAC and/or EMEA regions.

Passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive employee experiences.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working constructively.

Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow is an advantage.

What We Offer

The opportunity to work with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe.

Exposure to complex and rewarding international mobility programs.

A collaborative environment where ideas and initiative are valued.

Opportunities to learn, grow, and build your career.

A culture that encourages partnership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Don't Meet Every Requirement?
