Internal Sales Consultant

About the role:

As an Internal Sales team member, you will play an important part in delivering a smooth customer experience and supporting day-to-day sales activity. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with customers, staying organised in a fast-moving environment, and contributing to a team that values service and follow-through.

What you will be responsible for:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and confirm stock availability.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive internal sales support.

Requirements

• Experience supporting customers across phone, email, and face-to-face channels.
• Experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade counter support.
• Knowledge of metals, building products, or industrial distribution.
• Knowledge of aluminium and stainless steel products.
