Job Description

Responsibilities 
• Managing and respond to incoming leads or enquiries from various digital platforms, e.g. website, social media, email, WhatsApp and Telegram 
• Lead qualification (i.e. follow up on campaign leads via text message or emails)
• Update leads and customer data in the database for direct marketing, analysis, and reporting
• Support the planning and execution of both digital and offline B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assist in the production and/or updating of marketing creatives and collaterals
• Provide logistical and coordination support when required, e.g. Agent Site Tours, Partner Rewards Event, etc.
• Assist in exploring process improvement initiatives 
• Support in any other marketing research or ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines
• Keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (prior knowledge of formulas / pivot tables is a plus) 
• Knowledge of Power BI, Canva, Photoshop or video editing software is an added advantage
• Prior experience or interest in customer service is an added advantage
