About Us:

Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
Expectations/Requirements from the Role:
1. Assist in drafting and maintaining statutory records, registers, and minutes.
2. Support in preparing and filing ROC forms and other compliance documents.
3. Conduct research on legal and regulatory updates relevant to corporate governance.
4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely compliance with statutory obligations.
5. Assist in board meeting preparation, including agenda drafting and minutes recording.
6. Helps in dispatching the physical agendas to the Directors place
7. Visits to ROC or Registrar of office on the need basis
8. Provide general support to the Company Secretary Team.
Skills Needed to Succeed in This Role:
1. Basic understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations.
2. Strong drafting and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
4. Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Good time management and multitasking abilities.
7. Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
