About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Intern, Product & Business Analysis to help shape and deliver innovative retail and automation products.

In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams – providing support with product backlog, defining requirements, and driving product excellence. You’ll play a key part in delivering impactful solutions for our customers.
 

Key responsibilities

·       Meet with smaller local customers to understand their business needs and gather requirements.

·       Document customer feedback, requirements and open topics in a clear and structured way.

·       Support the team in release planning by helping prioritise customer needs and follow up on related actions.

·       Assist in Co-ordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

·       Help track project and product-related tasks, timelines and deliverables.

·       Provide administrative and operational support for product and project activities as required.

About You

·       3^rd or 4^th year undergraduate or 1^st year post graduate

·       Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)

·       Ability to work 2 days per week for offices in Istanbul

·       Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

·       Strong communication and documentation skills for reporting engineering work and collaborating across team

·       Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project needs
