📍 CommScope, Belgium (Kessel‑Lo) | Internship | Start date to be agreed

Are you a supply chain or business student looking to gain hands‑on experience in an international environment? Do you want to see how planning, S&OP, KPIs and supply chain processes work in real life – not just in textbooks?

We are looking for a motivated Intern in Planning / Global Supply Chain to join our team in Belgium and support key planning and supply chain initiatives with real business impact.

What will you work on?

During your internship, you will actively support the Global Planning / Planning COE team and get exposure to a wide range of supply chain topics, including:

  • Supporting Supply Chain and Planning projects in an international environment
  • Assisting with S&OP / IBP transformation activities (meeting preparation, minutes, action tracking)
  • Reviewing and following up on key planning KPIs (alignment, performance tracking, executive roll‑ups)
  • Helping define and improve reporting templates and analytical outputs
  • Performing data analysis and preparing clear, concise presentations
  • Supporting inventory management processes and related documentation
  • Contributing to process improvements across planning and supply chain activities
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams, including Business and IT

Who are we looking for?

  • You are a university student (Bachelor or Master) in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Engineering or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in planning, supply chain and process improvement
  • You are analytical, organized and proactive, with a problem‑solving mindset
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Excel (and ideally Power BI); no macro development required
  • You communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)
  • You enjoy working in an international, collaborative environment

Knowledge of supply chain principles, ERP systems or planning processes is a plus, but not a requirement.

Internship details

  • Location: Kessel‑Lo, Belgium
  • Duration: minimum 3 months, ideally 6–12 months (depending on availability)
  • Working hours: full‑time or part‑time (to be agreed based on duration and study requirements)
  • Start date: to be agreed (not during the summer period)
  • Compensation: to be discussed, depending on qualifications
  • Reporting line: experienced managers within Global Planning / Planning COE

Why join us?

  • Gain real‑world experience in global supply chain and planning
  • Work on meaningful projects with visible outcomes
  • Build an international professional network
  • Develop analytical, communication and project management skills
  • A great stepping stone for a future career in Supply Chain, Planning or Operations
