  • Documentation : Help document data processes and best practices to maintain efficient operations, while identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance existing HR data workflows.
  • Technical Support : Participate in projects to enhance data system capabilities, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, and Java to optimize data processes.

Requirements

The “must-haves” for this role:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets is required; familiarity with SQL, Java, Google Data Studio, and Looker Studio is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attentive to details.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; capable of working independently.

Benefits :

  • A dynamic and supportive environment to develop analytical skills and gain practical experience in data management and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and platforms.
  • Direct mentorship from our Senior Manager of People Data and Development, alongside collaboration with seasoned professionals.
