Partner with the best

Join the Package and System Engineering team (PSE) to support the development and deployment of digital tools and communication strategies aimed at enhancing internal visibility, technical dissemination, and branding. This internship will contribute to the evolution of digital platforms such as SharePoint and help streamline the communication of technical initiatives across the organization.

You’ll participate in focused training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

You will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) and culture of Baker Hughes. as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical content into digestible formats for broader audiences.
  • Assist in the dissemination of digital transformation initiatives and technical updates through structured communication campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and propose improvements to digital communication strategies

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Communication, Digital Media, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English.
  • Interest in technical topics and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
  • Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
  • Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
