Responsibilities

• Assist Cell Leaders in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution.
• Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement. 
• Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work. 
• Assist in creating visual factory improvement on cell level to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department.
• Involved in cross-functional alongside EHS & QA departments in continuous improvement projects.
• Support Operations department in day-to-day task or as required. 

Learning Outcome

• Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing.
• Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE – Customer Oriented Results & Excellence). 
• Learn about operation planning and management,
• Understand the different roles and how it plays its part in the organization.

Requirements

• Diploma / Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related engineering 
• fields. 
• Proficient in MS Office 
• Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus.
• Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.
