As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day manufacturing operations, which may include monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met.

  • Participating in quality control and quality assurance processes, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring they meet industry standards and company specifications

  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations.

  • Collecting and analyzing data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality.

  • Learning and applying principles of lean manufacturing to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.

  • Preparing reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.

  • Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements 

  • Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders 

  • Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained 

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related, Supply Chain (HSE, Quality, Manufacturing).

  • Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country

  • Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills

  • Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
